not much new.

i biked up to belmont harbor and back yesterday and now my quads are sore thanks to the 35mph winds i was going up against. i volunteered to fix the bathroom sink upstairs for my mom even though i have no advanced knowledge of home plumbing. i said "HI" to a random girl walking by on her way to do laundry today.....no real reason....i guess i'm in a good mood because the semester is almost over.

much love to all....

more stuff to do before graduation..straighten out all that loan reference mess.....but that's boring. go to Bonnie's party, since she's talking to me again....say my farewells and get packing.

I had a dream about an old friend of mine from 7th grade. we were off to lunch and I called her over ..."hey steph!" - "that's Steph-a-nieeeee to you.."she replied with a smile. I think i actually woke up with a grin. i wonder how she's doin now?

the thunderstorm this morning was surreal...like green-grey, dark and LOUD cracking thunder ....very cool. I had to pick up my sister from the train station and it was so cold. yesterday, 80 degrees...today 38.

i just remembered Ashley asked what "adult swim" was and forgot to say. it's on cartoon network and they show good stuff like aqua teen and futurama, family guy etc.. robot chicken is funny sometimes...the spoof of racael leigh cook's psa was hilarious!

hey. for mothers day my sister & I were going to take mom out for dinner but she changed her mind and we ended up making vegetarian lasagna. it was good. then we helped her with her plants re-potting and stuff.....boring stuff but it makes her happy so its all good.

today there were a bunch of UIC graduates walking around with caps & gowns on. i cant wait for graduation.

quick question.....do girls really like it when guys play with their hair? i was on the train today with Jess and teased her hair around her right ear....she pushed my hand away and it nearly got caught in the doors. i thought it was funny but she gave me a half-frown. she acted like it wasn't a big deal but i wonder....

hugs & kisses to all.......

this entry is about INSOMNIA........

not the movie, although i heard that it's good...but the actual state of being. i'm walking around the house...hazy....not sleepwalking. there's no robot chicken on adult swim right now, damn! .....i'm listening to joy division

people like you find it's easy,

naked to see,

walking on air,

hunting by the rivers, through the streets,

every corner

abandoned too soon,

set down with due care.

don't walk away, in silence.

Don't walk away.

uneventful weekend. Caught up with Jon & Maya and we all just hung around the bookstores by the U of C because we're basically bookworm geeks. 57th street had a nice collection of illustrated works of Edward Gorey that Maya was enthralled with. It's very cool stuff.

We headed back to Maya's and watched Lemony Snicket's. It was the perfect movie for a dark, cold, grey day like today. Strangely uplifting really.

much love to all...
